Big Daddy - Adam Sandler
Summary:
Adam Sandler adopts a child to impress his girlfriend. However things don't go according to plan when Sonny's [Sandler] girlfriend splits up with him and gets a new boyfriend. Sandler tries to take the child back to his mother but finds out she has passed away and the child will end up in foster care, so Sonny decides to take care of him. The comedy is really about the importance of fathers, and issues between Sandler and his own father are brought up.
Review:
I don't usually like comedys but I loooove this movie, mainly because Adam Sandler is one of my favourite actors, and the boy has gotta be like the cutest kid ever! It has some funny moments, and some pretty sad ones, near the end especially. Also thrown in is a bit of romance, and you hope he gets the girl he wants. Definitely a good watch if you don't want to think about much!
