well i feel like everyone whers icp stuff with the hatchetman and hshit wich is annoying but i think lil wayne is actually worse. becuase his voice is so fucking retarted. but id have to go with icp because wayne can be alright in small parts od other ppls song like rock star chamillionaire and im at war sean kingston and make it rain
