Please help

I'm trying to deliver some audios with beats but I can't find a software that does vocal overlays onto beats windows movie maker was the only thing I found but it fades me out and fades in the beat over me if anyone knows of a software that does that with wav files or mp3s please let me know. How do you guys do it? I have been trying for weeks now!
