As I'm working frequently on my upcoming EP, I thought I'd satisfy your cravings for more Jay-19. :smoking:

Good sample... I though the first verse outshined the others BIG TIME. Overall I give it 8/10. You have a good voice, lyrics and flow man... I wasnt too crazy about the snippet though.

Another enjoyable track. Love the rhyme scheme and lyrics. You're good at what you do so don't stop. HA I'm definitely liking Die Bitch..that's my shit right there and it was only a snippet. I love it especially those harsh lyrics. Feeling the anger. Definitely gonna be peeping the EP.

First off, i didnt listen to the snippet. Id rather wait for the full one. Now about Holding On. I really liked it. The quality and mixing were good man, do it yourself? Same thing with using the sample. Your verses were all dope, liked your flow and shit. Cant wait for the EP! Any title for it yet? :shifty:

man no hate but your multie expanding always sounds the same....you got flow but always the same (i think tash pointed it out b4 idk)...well...still kool track...like how you play with your voice....delievery has a great happy vibe to it...

...maybe beat choice and hook wasnt the best IMO....
pronouncation was average on this...heard better from you pronouncation wise...

Flow was a little bit shaky, I hear your voice shivering. You should relax more when you record, cause it sounded like you were nervous. I would re-record this if I was you, it doesn't sound perfect, and you can make it perfect. Chorus should have had you saying something just a few words that are lowered as hell so it doesn't interfere with the sample. Lyrics are kinda simple, and the delivery sounded shaky like I said. Beat is laid back as fuck, I loved the sample, relaxing shit. Good track but it could be improved, laid back shit, I could listen to this while I'm high. :y:

Snippet sounded cool to man, but a little to basic, the flow/lyrics on the hook is basic as hell, the beat is weak so that's why it makes it sound like that. But it sounded cool man.

And yeah Solace, I mix it myself, but the beat is just a freebeat.

And I've been trying to mix my rhyme schemes and flows up on this album to make it more versatile.
I know what you're saying Chris, and that's why I'm trying to do something different with this EP.
Just try to show that I can handle different styles of rapping, you know. So don't worry, some of the tracks will have different schemes and flows.

But yeah, it's just a track to let you know I'm still alive. :8)

good job on the first track man, i enjoyed it, very easy to understand every word and flow simple but on point...that die bitch shit ain't really for my taste so yea lol...

I Love the laid back sample of Holding On but i think you should've doubled and added stabs on it to make it sound fuller. Lyrics are simple but in cool laid-back delivery style which i thought was good. Your singing voice is meh but thats cool
