No cop in the world can stop a person in need of a certain thing, or wants a certain thing and is willing to break the law just to get it. Crime comes from any frustrating issue that comes in your life and fucks things up for you. Some people rob stores etc to put food on the table for there kids/family. Some are just sick of there life, they want things to change, and money changes life's so burglary & any other crime that gets the bills is considered when your in need of money, even though some don't really need it but they want it so bad that they're willing to do whatever for it.

Put yourself in a failed persons shoes, you've failed at everything in your life, your sick and tired of being a failure, your sick and tired of being someone with no power. You want the easiest way to get money because its easy and you think you might have a chance. So you go on and break the law in hopes of a change in your life cause you think its easy right? well committing a crime is a lot easier than not bending the rules. Or better yet imagine you had a sick daughter and you have no medical fee/insurance to provide treatment for her, and if you don't do anything she will die.

Exactly, you'll break the law in order to solve an issue/life, but that's how life is, you approach to solve an issue/life, and sometimes you solve that issue but than your life gets fucked up. When the chips are down, and someone close to me needs help, and I have no choice but to help, best better believe the law can kiss my ass, I'd rather die for a cause than to live with no cause. :y:

Logic. Less money, less jobs, more desperation.

Basically there isn't a way to stop it but to fix the economy. No one is going to stop fighting for what they think they need, that's just human nature. Make it easier for people to get what they need and the crime will drop like a fat bitch falling down a steep incline.

Sounds good sajjad, but now think about bored pricks who are just lazy? Lazy chavs who just like beating down people for no reason? What about kids who grew up watching to much scarface and 50 cent and want to be 'gangster'? Cause thats whats happening in europe right now. Believe me, everyone got a chance to get educated but some people are just lazy.
