Rap's getting boring..

.. and i havent listened to it for weeks. Who agrees? Ive been listening to rap for 10 years now and im getting the feeling like i heard everything already. Nothings new, nothing sounds fresh to me anymore. Ofcourse i still enjoy some of it, but where my mind is at now i dont think any new artist will ever catch my attention.
Dont bother saying i should check out underground shit cause some of that is the most boring music ive heard in my entire life.

exactly! Thats the word i was looking for. I still got alot of rap on my ipod, like 3/4, but i dont really listen to it no more.

Yeah there's nothing new anymore. The new artists are all too similar to other rappers from the past (B.O.B. and Andre 3000 or Asher and Eminem) or they're just garbage (oh wait... Asher falls into this category too) so it's a little tough to find new shit I want to hear. I've been listening to a lot more R&B and Rock shit even though rap still makes up about 70% of my music I only listen to stuff that's pretty much pre-2004

As for rap getting boring, i agree. I only have a few rap songs on my Mp3, and nothing recent.

Personally i'm waiting for Relapse to bring it back for me.
