You should avoid sexual activity until you can handle sex mentally and emotionally. And beyond that you should probably wait until you could at least kind of handle the consequences. Just to be safe. Specific age, I'd just say 18 because you're an adult and it doesn't matter what anyone thinks at that point.

How is that stupid? Sex is meant to between people who love each other not drunk teenagers. If you loved somebody enough to have sex than you can wait until after marriage.

Sex should def wait until at least 17 noone is ready for the consequences and its not worth the risks that are out there nowadays. On average one in every 5 americans has herpes and thats only one std, chances of catching something or your sex resulting in a child are higher then people realize

right now alot of people are having sex way to young. Sex should be between two people who really love eachother. not just for the heck of it. Sex used to be along time ago something people did when there married now its just something people do. I honestly thing when your ready you will know. but 13 is deffiantly to young. i think 18 is fine. but you should be inlove or care about the person.it makes it better.
