After watchin this video it got me thinkin. What do people actually class as animal cruelty. Do you people think the above video is animal cruelty?.

Yeah it was. They should have at least cooked the chicken before giving it to the python.

But in all seriousness, it happens all the time in nature. And they are doing it for a study, which has some justification. Sure being eaten alive sucks, but like I said, pythons do it in the wild all the time, and it's not up to people to step in and stop them (why favor one species over another?)

Now that kid who abused the cat (can't find the video anymore anywhere). Kenny Glenn, that was his name. He deserves to be sent to jail and beat on everyday .

Tbh, my mind's in tw minds about it. I have the Circle of life theory in my head about how animals kill others to survive and we eat meat aswell but sometimes when i see stuff like Microwaving hampsters and rockets on cats then thats OTT but people change their view on Animal cruelty depending what type of animal it is. Generally, if it'sbig/dangerous or any combo of the two then it's seen as ok but some feelthat it's funny to throw dogs off balconyies and all that but is that really worse than the slughterhouse? That's why i just generaly leave animals alone unless they attack me

Noh the thing happening in the video isnt animal cruelty, its nature.

Things that humans do to animals without the purpose of eating them is animal cruelty. All the rest, including people killing animals to eat them is just nature imo.

Animal Cruelty in the sense of being senselessly inhumane to animals (or any living creature that doesn't freak me the fuck out i.e. roaches and centipedes and the like) is fucked up. But as I said before, Ima eat me a fuckin steak.
