It's about the narrow minds that are present in the majority of males today. If a woman does not have long, flowing hair, they are immediately deemed as unattractive.

Don't you know how much of an issue hair can be among females? Girls get jealous all the time if they see girls with long, smooth hair. I have a couple mixed friends, who can pass off for being black, and they've had girls randomly come up to them (people they don't know at all), yank their hair, and demand to know if it's fake or not. That's the sort of disrespect people get over something as hair.
