As for the swimming. The public pools don't open until Memorial Day/Labor Day (whichever it is) and they're always crowded. Plus a public pool wouldn't have the weights and stuff.

I'm trying to find someone who has all this shit free in like an apartment complex or something and then just make friends with one of the tenants.

fuck man...................you're gyms seem to be quite expensive......the one I used to go to cost like $1.10.......and you could go everyday anytime....except Sundays....didn't have pool though.

Your gym is really expensive. Check if they have promotions or anything cause they usually do so it'll be cheaper. for mine, i signed up during a promotion and it was like 400 for four years then after it's 30 per year
