I know people have already posted about the cover being in the shape of Poland. But add everything up...

- The Cover (basically identical shape of Poland... And colours)
- The fake rehab site - With the name "Dr. Balzac"... Balzac... Sounds Polish? Maybe lol...
- The new voice(s) on say... We Made You. He's not doing much of an accent but he's doing enough of one for people to be commenting on it. You could say it has a slight Polish tint to it.

Eminem never play concert in poland, we are a great fans of him but for us he is very outlying. We hear him but we can't see. You know some people some stans dream about his concert in poland in his city and thay that explain themself accent from we made you or the cover.

First of all, I don't think the cover looks nothing like Poland, there might be a slight resemblance, but not enough for me to think it looks like Poland.
Second, Balzac sounds just like "ball sack", and that's what I think they was going for.
Third, the accent is just fucked up, nothing less, nothing more.
