Noeezy - Pacin' [Snippet]

Postby Noeezy » Apr 29th, '09, 02:51

As of now i'm just trying to figure out my flow and how to use the recording software but figured I'd get some feedback before I work on recording the whole song

http://www.divshare.com/download/7232724-635

I'm just pacin myself as i chase for the top place
If you cant handle the kings why try to come face the ace
It's a disgrace that real rap has been misplaced
to cut to the chase i realized lyrics are not embraced
not gonna mention a name to give their image a frame
usin the formula to make a hit is how they milkin the game
need some rubbers for these jocks fuckin hiphop in the ass
their bubblegum raps are the good for nothin racoons in the trash

must of cheated the mic test cuz ur style is elementary
when it comes to wack beats ya vocals are complimentary
i know ya still shook cause we led from the beginnin'
got ya whole clique lookin like fuckin bobbleheads spinnin'
let this teach the clown thinkin they can write a better rhyme
the hottest from long beach, to the valley, n right back to anaheim

You sound really lazy, doesn't feel like you meant what you were saying. No offense but atm your sounding like someone youd hear on 360 online talking, except your rhyming. The flow needs work but it does have potential, to be on point. Just try to mean your words more, and be more active on the song. Play around with your flow here and there alittle, mean what your saying. Give it your all, make sure after recording that your tired, cause if not than your not giving it your all. Be more clear, pronounce your words more accurate. :y:

yeah, it sounded a bit bland to me, what I try to do is as I'm writing a rhyme I picture how I'm going to say it on the mic and try to go about it that way. I can hear you got some potential with the rhyming although some of the words sounded squashed together like you wrote it and tried to make it fit the beat. I aint hating cos we was all beginners once (just listen to my Watcher track on my myspace lol) but I just think if you craft the vocal side of things as your writing it, it'll make you a beast on the mic over time.

I hope this helps :y:
