Why the "We Made You" Hate on here?

I just don't get it. Every Eminem album has always contained a song that mocks the Icons of Pop culture at the release of his album, and this is no different. I mean, it's very good lyrically, funny and has a decent hook.

Don't get me wrong, there are better songs in the Album (Stay Wide Awake and Beautiful being my favorite atm) but I really don't see why people here hate on it so much. Is it because of it being played so much and hearing weird kids singing it everywhere?

I just don't see why its hated on so much and yet songs like "Must be the Ganja" get praise even though its hook is reletavely weak and Em does the worst scottish accent I ever heard lol (being scottish). The "fuckin great man" at the start makes me cringe

Iv no problems with it, he is using a formula that obviously works and its a decent song and the video is funny aswell.I do have a problem with crack a bottle being on it because its been out so long and it doesnt fit the album at all really and 50 is horrible on it.

people get brainwashed into hating something when they continuously see other people hating on it around in forums, they then begin to hate it themselves without even thinking about it...

people are afraid to form their own opinions.

Yeah I'm not a fan of crack a bottle really. Not cos it's old cos that doesn't bother me, but 50 is just aweful on it not to mention he doesn't belong on an album that is clearly a child of Eminem and Dre only.

The other verse Eminem had for Dre on Crack a bottle was so much better than 50`s was its untrue why dump a good verse and replace it with an awful one?.Im not a 50 hater in fact i like a lot of his stuff but that was poor.

But Eminem's "good first singles," though they were corny pop songs, had a message behind them. My Name Is, The Real Slim Shady, Without Me. There was a point to the song.

There's no point to We Made You. I mean, yeah, he showed some skill with his flow and rhymes, but come the fuck on, it's not like we didn't know that. There's no story, no concept in WMY, just a bunch of pop culture references, where the actual joke in there is the reference itself.

It was just an extremely weak song for Em to re-introduce to the world after being gone for 4+ years. I hate it
