Ok in the interview with Metro Times Eminem did not know what 'nostalgia' is....

EMINEM: Oh! OK, I get what you're saying. Yeah. Well, conceptually and musically, the new album does go back. I don't know if it's nostalgia but the record probably feels like maybe somewhere along the lines of the first two records. You know? I guess in that sense of nostalgia or whatever, it's like it's kinda going back to the feel of those two records — the Slim Shady LP and the Marshall Mathers LP.

Ya but you cant just use such a word on a song... And i think he didnt know the meaning because he repeated the meaning when the interviewer told him what it means.

Are you serious? He was probably confused about the question overall. He just repeated it 'cause he didn't connect it with the context or something.
Everybody knows what 'nostalgia' means, he's not a moron. If he doesn't know that word, he shouldn't understand half of what he's saying in his songs.

Yeah, that's what it is. Cuz when I read it, i didn't really understand the question. The way nostalgia was used didn't quite make a lot of sense. So he probably was like "Nostalgia about what?"
