I think the reason behind "Khamdelala" was to show how you do not need any talent to use autotune to the extent that T-Pain and others use it. He was making this completely obnoxious and annoying sound and it still sounded good because he used autotune showing that even if you can't sing all you need to do is add a lot of autotune.

vicodin are pain killers (makes you euphoric if you do enough of them) ambien is a sleeping pill (can cause hallucinations) and valium is for anxiety (awful drug)

Man, Its sound similar. That's like saying Door is Roar. They sound close, but there 2 completely different words.
