I think the 5 years away has hampered things most of all. Until recently, most people i know, when i mention his album go "oh, i thought he'd retired, or was dying from Cancer a while ago"

He had to grab the attention of thousands of forgotten fans, with his least commercial album since he blew up, in like a month and a half.
