okay, he is defo lip syncing, you can barely hear him, it just sounds like the music is playing and he isint rapping live, no impressed eminem sucks live :n:
i went to a local concert the other day and he was better than this.

1. It's on a Handheld from RapRadar
2. His voice it higher, Jay Z's naturally carries further easier
3. You do know that the backing and live live voice are the same right? Cos no one else did the backing for him..

Watched it from the view of those Concert Reviewer guys on Youtube, and it's obviously not lip synced. Because he says some of the lines differently, and he really puts some energy in to the chorus.

He's not dancing, he's just moving with where the lyrics take him.

It's better than him flipping the bird then taking his shirt off, as many of his older performances consisted of, more natural.
