Well, there are pill bottles on the counter(3).
One makes pills with wings fly at u. Another makes 3 Am speed up & the last slows things down as blood splatters on the screen. Behind a pic of Will smith's movie with his son is a set of keys, take those open a safety box on the wall & bunch of torn papers pop out. Put them together & it's the Dr. West skit with a pic drawn of a blade in a guy's face. Then there's a window splattered with blood press it & u see shady kill crazy Em. In shadows of course.
Pill bottles on the walls make noise as u touch them, theres another thing on the wall with Em's pic saying he's stage 5. A possible escaper & such.
