I thought about this yesterday and I think it's really interesting...

No matter what Eminem does, the commotion about it is far greater than if any other artist and/or actor would have done it.
Like the Relapse album, name one artist that could sell that many copies with so little promotion.
Name one artist who's more loved/hated than Eminem.
If Bruno would have done that thing at the MTV awards to, let's say, Ludacris, do you still think it would be the same commotion about it?

I think Eminem is one of the most influential and famous artists in the history. He's up there with Elvis and The Beatles, no doubt.

I saw this survey in a paper some time ago, where they asked a ton of people in Asia what names in the Western world they know. Almost everyone answered either Eminem, Jesus Christ or Elvis...

i really don't know what you mean ? would what be the same the sales of numbers? well eminem is kinda like say mcdonalds don't really need promotion caus you know what you'll get. so no matter what he still would of had big numbers

he had more promotion then any other artist:xxl mag interview, vibe magazine, 5 singles before album, 2 vids before album, tons of radio and tv interviews,tv commercials, all those bottle of meds.. he had a lot of buzz

What you`re trying to say is Eminem is Unique and he is the greatest most successful Hiphop artist of all times.
And I agree with everything you said.
And lets add to what you say , That Eminem is known ALL over the world Theres no other rapper has the same Fame Slim shady got.I mean where I live Kuwait , We have a school fens got Eminem wrote all over it.lol
