I don't see any problem about the age.. some musicians like Bob Dylan and Neil young started his careers decades ago and are still on the run. The same goes for rap. There's no limit age. But, in case of Eminem, if he decides to keep his career for at least one decade more he gotta reinvent himself, or he will fall off. There's some styles that don't fit for 40 or more years old rappers, as there's styles tha may sound stranger in young rappers.

What? Rap hasn't even been around in full blast for a full 40 years. Who's had a chance to be a rap fan "their whole life?" And anyways everyone I know that likes rap has liked rap through it's ups and downs ever since they've been a fan. I've never known someone to grow out of rap or w/e you're talking about. Their tastes may change, they may not like the new shit and only bump the old, but they're always in love with the music. Maybe it's just the areas we live in or something...

I agree with you..hip hop is young..but I think rock fans are more loyal..people loyal to hip hop are mostly black Americans or people who are in hip hop business somehow..I've been in hip hop clubs and I've never see people over 30, maybe few

Cant make a decision you keep questioning yourself

I think it was more so that they were in their 40's and trying to rap. Em has already established himself in hip-hop and is gonna be a legend when he is done. These guys were trying to break in way later in life. It's a young mans game, with the exception of some, and Em is in that group. I think as long as he keeps getting better, he will keep rapping. Only problem is, I don't know how much better you can get haha.
