problem with the limted edition order

i just finally got my package and was pretty excited but i didnt get the 24x24 signed poster of the cover. and that was the main reason i decided to get this edition. did anyone else get theres yet and have the same problem?

it didnt look like it was tampered with but im defiently gonna complain they sent a piece of paper that said if theres any promblems email us at "email adress"
