my guess is that since he follows it with "he can't say that...yes he can//I just did..." he's just saying he's built enough of a reputation in hip-hop to the point where he can pretty much get a way with saying anything.

I like Underground :unsure:

It doesn't tell a story like his other songs, but the lyricism is on point. It based around a concept, which works for me.

The Underground beat is good. It's like an ochestra or something. And the lyrics are mostly about serial killers and random words that rhyme. So I guess this is random.
