8 Mile and the friends based on D12?

I was watching the movie the other day and I thought maybe "Future" was based on Proof (RIP) because its his closest friends and Kiefer had dreads and Proof has dreads but in the basement when Em gets mad at him he says "you aint future of nothing your just David fuckin Porter" so Im thinking maybe its supposed to be KON ARTIS aka Denaun Porter ie David. Then I thought, forget his name, the tall fat one is supposed to be bizzare but only because of his weight. Then MAYBE the activist one was supposed to be proof or Kuniva. SHUT YOUR PREJIENT ASS UP. Not sure who cheddar is supposed to be lol maybe Nate lol. I know it wasnt an Eminem movie and was semi based on him but maybe.
