i dont like any skits. they are all stupid and a waist of cd time. i buy cd's for the music, not for stupid skits. THEY ALL SUCK.

I rarely listen to Soldier without hearing The Kiss first. Same thing with Deja Vu and Mr. Mathers.

the two paramedics in the beginning of deja vu are fine with me...lol and yea the kiss without soldier is weird cause it kinda just...............STARTS

I love the Ken Kaniff skit on SSLP. "Give him a piece of my mind.... piece of my ass." I crack up everytime and it makes it even better when Em cracks up too.

The curtains up to the Eminem Show (and Encore too) is pretty useless, but I listen to it when leading into White America so it flows better. Pretty much, skits are used to allow the album to flow through nicely. I think Relapse really did well with this. Dr. West, Tonya, and Mr Mathers all lead into each other and relate. Mr. Mathers especially is a nice lead into Deja Vu and gives me tingles everytime. The Kiss would be my favourite out of the whole bunch - a perfect lead into Soldier, and adds some drama, realism, and backstory to the album.

As for ones I didn't like, certainly the Ken Kaniff one on MMLP - very strange and awkward. That's the only one I generally dislike listening to, others like most of the Paul ones, I just don't listen to often because there isn't a lot of emotion or comedy involved. The Steve Berman ones similarily, but I listen to these more often because they are generally quite funny (You're rapping about homo-sexuals and vicodin - I can't sell this shit, Did you know I lost feeling in my right arm?) Good stuff.

yea the tonya skit was unneccessary really i mean the song is good enough...i think maybe Em wanted 20 tracks like all his albums....cept MMLP
