I don't know it for a fact but I doubt they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and didn't film the whole thing. It would be completely "asinine" to spend all that money and film 3/4 a song.

The edit they made and have shown is for MTV, BET, and etc. to enable to get heavy rotation (which they wouldn't get for "long songs" aka a 6 minute song).
