He said on the 106 and Park interview from about a month and a half ago that he hasn't spoke or seen his mother in 4 years....4 years???????????????? I find that hard to believe. Even if he really hates his mom which he does, 4 years is crazy. It could be since he put out the Encore album, and way before The Re-up. What do you think of this? Is Em lying, or does he not care if he sees her or not, even to clear a lot of the things up and make peace + he is always busy. She said in an interview last year that she wishes to make up with him before she dies, and that she's been sending him checks, for Hailie, for him, but doesn't know if he's getting them, but doesn't also know what to get one of the richest musicians out their. I know this is a personal matter but share your thoughts. I think Em is still trying to get back at her for all the shit she supposedly did in the past. Ex. putting the pills in his food, so he makes a song about it and ignores her still.

I believe him I mean Encore-05 era is when he wasnt really on the weird drugs...so he could have been trying to make up with her instead of making good music. And then he did the drugs IE was alienating himself from his family and stuff

I swear he said something about it like "She's still my Mom and I love her and I'm in a fortunate position to be able to help her out, so even though we haven't really been speaking I will help her"

Yeah I remember that as well. She had breast cancer I believe. I don't remember exactly when it was. I'm thinking it was 2 years ago but I'm just guessing. So maybe he could of payed for it, but didn't visit her, if it was in that time span- I don't know.

4 years is a long ass fuckin time...even 3 years is really long

and it's not about being rich or famous, as it is the 4 year span...a lot of people have had turmoil, aka Michael Jackson, with a parent or both, and still talk/speak to them on occasion or everyday, or see them as well. Joe Jackson treated Michael like a piece of shit, and he still talked to his father up until his death I bet.

she was first diagnosed for breast cancer a while ago. so, when he gave her money for her treatment and stuff,that's probably when they talked.

i don't see any reason to think he was lying. it's such a trivial thing to lie about.

yeahh but some ppl are more stubborn like Em who just dont give a fck.... i was only pointing out that Em is rich & famous he doesnt need his mom... so how can it not be possible to believe ? Debbie even wrote in her own book that she keeps reaching out to him & that he keeps rejecting her....

I just read the book by his mom, the new one. And there she also say that she hasn't spoken to her son in at least 4 years now. She is trying but Eminem doesn't want to.

That book says a lot, like how Em loved his mom and tht they grew up in an alchohol-smoke and drug free enviroment.
That Eminem used to call her a lot when he was famous, and at the end of the convo he used to say I love you. But later it stopped, he started swearing at her and be mad at her all the time.
Debbie means he started to really believe in his alter ego...

I dont know what to believe.
