It's the Hip Hop section, and not the Praise [insert rappers name] section. And yes, Drake is not bad. He's actually one of the better newcomers in Hip Hop.
And J.Cole got signed to Jay-Z's roc-nation, so he does has somekind of buzz. And he might even blow up more than Drake.
