just find the URL of the pic you want and put it between this tag [img]url[/img] (if you wanna put a personal pic from your own computer , you have t upload it on a free host first .

It's easy bro. you just get the link to a picture like this one:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v448/ ... /pinky.jpg
and put it in between the image code which is [img]and[/img] so it'll look smtn like this:
