A lot of psychological problems that I don't have enough information on to speak on intelligently.

An array of things. Self defense, revenge, rage, fear, envy, hatred.

But for real probably someone's beliefs. I mean bombers usually have a specific reason. Maybe the building housed practices they didn't agree with. And then there's always causing fear. That's a popular one.
