The Warning vs the past 7 years

it might be me but I feel like this new track, The Warning, is better then anything Em has put out in the past 7 years. I think this track is better then anything on Encore and Relapse. Dont get me wrong, i like Relapse and think its a good album but this song is what everyone on this forum has been asking for from Slim Shady. It has the anger, great flow and rhymes, and a meaning. We all know that Em always shines when he's pissed off and has something meaningful to say and this song is it. This track proves that he still has it in him to produce great music, full of that energy that we all want from him. So in conclusion, The Warning>Anything the past 7 years.

You really think songs like Big Weenie, Puke, Ass Like That, Just Lose It, My 1st Single, Rain Man, Mosh and Evil Deeds are superior, lyrically/artistically/flow or otherwise, to songs like 3 A.M., Stay Wide Awake, Old time's Sake, Deja Vu, Hello, Beautiful, Must Be The Ganja, and Underground? I don't mind having different tastes but when you are dissecting an artists music line for line you really think Encore's material is better? ...the fuck?


edit: Relapse has 2 bad songs (I think everyone knows the 2), compared to (imho) Encore's 6 bad songs. Big gap there...


I'm not saying all of Encore is bad, it's got some good shit, but it does have the highest number of songs I can't stand to put on my ipod out of all of Em's albums. That's including Re-Up.
