Yeah good ending although the film isn't historically precise but I guess it's just a film. The Spanish came 300 years after the last big Mayan city was populated.

I'm watching "Halloween 3: Season Of The Witch" from 1982
very interesting Halloween movie even though michael myers isn't in it
(what's it about then? go hit up a video store & find out)
