what happened?

well I fucked it at a football training,my ligaments are extended(or something like that I dont know how do you say it on English..lol)and now doctor said no football for like 2-3 weeks,but football is like my love I`m sad now

IM sorry. Well right now is the time to work on other areas that don't utilize the legs. Perhaps upper body and core. then when you are ready u can come back stronger. Ask the therapist if there is any exercise to rehab faster.
