Yeah I also know what you mean. But just because you get a boob job it doesn't necessarily mean you love yourself. You may have lack of confidence, low sel-esteem. Many reasons but yeah, I'm not too fond of people who love themselves either.

Hah man it's probably a minor turn off ....
