Eminem's brother, Nathan "Kane" Mathers, was given 18 months of probation and more than $1,000 in fines after accepting to a plea deal for a drunk driving charge.

23 year old Nathan also lost his license and was ordered to community service and mandatory alcohol tests.

He was arrested in April for drunk driving in Macomb Township, Michigan.
