Stealing a gate has a double meaning:

1) It refers to ''amends'' in the previous line.
Compensation for the stolen gate.

2) Going against the grain. Crossing boundaries.
If someone gives you a mic and you can't take it to the next level, you should take offense.
Because if you steal a gate then your trying to pass a certain boundary.

Yeah I put it up there because of his rhymes and concepts cause it so much different then what we hear now, too bad its old and the quality isn't the greatest, I wish he would redo some of these songs or all of them and release Infinite on his label even if to new beats, I think that would sell and it would concrete his place in regards to rank as an emcee because its so good and the fact it was all written what 14-15 years ago...just my thoughts

I love Infinite and I love Open Mic. The hands and fingers line I love as well but a re-release of this album I think would sorta spoil it all a bit. Infinite is meant to be underground, that's how it was released. Let it stay like that and not exploit it.
