also.. i do some strength training... mostly things i can do without any extra objects. sit-ups, push-ups, jack-knives, lunges, planks.. things like that.
my mom is mad cause i keep buying stuff at the grocery store that's healthy.but wheat white pasta tastes the same as regular pasta!!!!
