Infinites gotta be one of my favorite albums..but eminem actually admitted that back then he didnt make alot of sense with what he was saying...he just said it cuz it rhymed. and his shit does rhyme flawlessly. he said that back then he couldnt find his style..that he sounded more like nas back then cuz thats what he was really into.

correction: it trumps Encore. lol.

Encore? What's that album..I never heard of it...........

Anyway, I agree with you because lately i've been listening to the song Infinite and there's a LOT of multi but a lot of it doesn't make sense lol

My accapella releases plastic masterpieces through telekinesis
And eases you mentally, gently, sentimentally, instrumentally
With entity, dementedly meant to be Infinite

It sounds nice, but it's just a bunch of word loll. But hey, you guyz must remember that is 1996, that's how underground rappers were ALL rapping, kinda like Canibis...so it's funny eminem made fun of him for making no sense while he use to rap that way lol

Yes it is dope, but why dont you take a minute to breathe and listen to what this guy is saying?

To the OP, Tonite is actually one of my faves on Infinite lol, but i see your point. There are some filler lyrics. This is also the case if you look at some of his later work though - such as Underground. Cant deny though - Infinite is dope and full of clever witty multis and internal rhymes..

I guess the reason i like Infinite and other old school stuff is the el cheapo instruments and home-made beats etc, makes the music seem kinda more 'honest' if that makes sense? Like in comparison to autotune these days...i prefer old school stuff

It's the best Eminem has ever been lyrically. He's actually pretty close to that level now.

Lyrically Infinite > any other Eminem project.

Infinite=Top 10 Eminem Tracks of All Time
One Mic and 313=Some of Eminems most lyrical songs ever.
The rest of the album is a amazing lyrically and doesnt make sense some of the time, but does most of the time.

Infinite was the beginning of a beautiful rapshit! :8)

It's good at all, but I think the others are better. Mostly cuz of the beats. All of his other albums was on a higher level of music production.

btw who did the beats? Mr. Porter? Bass Brothers?
There will be my signature. It'll be a hot one. You'll look at it and say - wow that's a gangsta signature.

Geno wrote:Infinite is awesome in many people's opinions, if it's not in yours then that's fine. I like it for it being some of Em's best, if not the best, lyricism to date. Not everyone thinks the same, and that's why there's no such thing as a perfect album. :)

wrong...i think eminem show is perfect all the way through
