Its a very interesting thing to read. I have saved it all to my comp and i hope to be able to keep nd view it by the time all these things are supposed to happen.

To think that a time machine is developeded is scary. I mean if someone goes back in time and changes everything, the whole future can be changed. What's worse is that no one would realize that the future has been changed (because the past happened!).
For example, say America had secretly invented the time machine in 2003. They perfected it and in 2036 sent Titor back in time. Now another country, upset at the US for inventing the time machine, goes way back in time and kills the scientist who contributed the most to the time machine project. Now it's 2003 and there is no time machine, because the past has been so drastically altered, but we don't realize that... Time traveling is way tooo confusing..

the mountain u are referring to is called mt rainier, it erupted in , when was it, the 80s? anyway, it caused several deaths. now it is in its dormant stage. scientists cannot predict when a volcano will erupt again, but they said it wasnt likely ever to happen again. then , about 6 months ago, or last school year, sometime during it, i forget, scientists picked up new information leading to what they thought to be proof that mt rainier's probability of erupting again had risen dramatically. people in washington freaked out. but after about a month of nothing, scientists determined that the information they had picked up probably was a false alarm. as for this causing another ice age, i have no idea what u are talking about, b/c the ice caps are at the poles, how would the lava manage to get from washington state all the way up to the north or south pole and melt it i dont know, i think u picked up false information, but i may be wrong, im just telling u what i know. anyway, the reason people were freaking out was that they thought that this could be a similar national disaster to the tsunami in sri lanka. i think the info was picked up after that tsunami, otherwise they just thought it could be the biggest natural disaster in us history. oh, if only they knew about hurricane katrina

No one knows, its science fiction still. But see the reason to believe that there could be a civil war is, that ppl are generally unhappy with american goverment.
The heat builds up... we can hope for best, but worst is possible.

basically 1/2 he talks about his time machine and all the physics about it

1/2 he talks about how much this world differs from his.

it starts all with the increasingly terrorisme (already happened)
unrest in mainly america: debat over privacy vs. security evolves in a civil war
that also happens in the UK and other countries between 2005-2010

in 2015 Russia attacks the main cities in America, Europe and Chine with nuclair weapons. This triggers a WWIII where 3 billion ppl lose their lives.

after the war the family and then the community stands central in ppl's life. ppl produce their own food. Highthech is mainly being used for communication.

in 2038 the UNIX system crashed and 'john titor' has been sent to 2000 to find a IBM 5100 because his grandfather helped in the production of that model
