They're my 2 fav rappers so it's hard to decide. I've been listening to a lot of jay-z lately. On renegade, em did better. In my opinion, they're even.

NOW he is. He's fallen off since The Black Album...Much in the same way Eminem did from TES till Relapse. Jay-Z used to be one of the top rappers in the mainstream.

Now he's embarrassing and Eminem is clearly better.
