How did you first get interested in Eminem?

The first time I ever heard Em was when I was a little kid listening to TRSS. I used to think he was saying "cuz i'm slim shady, it's just amitaydee" instead of "all you other slim shady's are just imitading". Don't ask why, I was just really young lol. Of course I heard Lose Yourself when it was getting lots of radio play and I loved it. When 8 Mile came out on DVD I would randomly rent it every now and then but I never really listened to much of his other music.

One time after I randomly rented 8 Mile again, maybe a little over a year or so, I looked up his songs on YouTube and I came across the Stan music video. I watched the whole thing and was just in awe. I'm a big fan of all music but I never knew you could tell such an amazing story or rap with passion and from the heart like Em did. Needless to say after that, my love for his music never stopped.

Eminem has really opened my eyes to hip-hop.

THIS MOTHERFUCKER IS BAD. then my boy gave me the cd and i was bumpin it since... my copy is even fucked up... instead of one vicodin pill on it.. its got two. and the colored one thats supposed to be on it is backwards and upside down, then theres a black outline of another vicodin in the right position. its weird lookin.

so at first i hated eminem... and now... i think hes the best rapper EVER.

anyway i was a bit of a rock stan back then and thought he song Hellbound on my friends computer was a rock song so i banged it on and was hooked by this nasaly guy. I thought it was a rock song becuz foolishley i thought Slim Shady was a rock group. Yeah so was hooked. My eminem song chronology was this; Hellbound, LIke toy soldiers, sing for the moment, Without me, Business and then i reckon it was You don't know and i could rap them all out dayz after listening. it was about 7 years ago when i was 7 or 8 and i was sitting drawing on the floor and my mom and dad were on the sofa watching music channels. music wasnt really big in my life at that time, then i saw lose yourself on tv and i was like 'wow this guys cool'. then i would here songs of his on the radio here and there and then after i got my mobile i started download his songs like crazy then i bought the re-up when it came out and then i just became a huge fan.
