me questioning Eminem's loyalty, when it comes to sports

he is a Detroit Tigers baseball fan, and goes to Pistons games, yet when it comes to football he is a Cowboys fan????????

The Lions are fucking pathetic, but that is a bandwagon fan if you don't root for your team, win or loss. It's mostly losses coming from the Lions lol, even though they won today, but still. What do you think of that? And my source is- in the We Made You video he is talking about Jessica Simpson and parodies her and former boyfriend and Dallas Cowboys starting QB Tony Romo in the beginning of the video (Em even dresses up as Romo which is pretty funny). Then he was explaining parts of the video and said Tony Romo was his favorite player and the Cowboys were his favorite team. I was shocked considering he is from DETROIT and follows Detroit teams, yet I'm not surprised since a lot of celebrities root for teams that win. This is a corny thread but lol what do you think of Em and other celebrities doing this?

Just because he is from Detroit doesn't mean he has to go with all their teams.. to me that's kinda like saying if you're a white guy you have to date white chicks. Even though the majority might go with that idea it doesn't mean everybody has to follow it.

Another reason people have out of state teams is they might have a favorite player that they like to follow or that got traded to a new team. Like i've always been a Packers and Favre fan so now I kinda start to follow Vikings games also, but I got a lot of family in San Diego so I also watch Chargers.
But for basketball.. it's all about the Lakers for me.

and the cowboys arent exactly what i would call a winning team haha...

they are pretty good....but they havent won a single playoff game in how long???

i agree, and i never understood it either. i think it's whoever won the last super bowl, all the bandwagon fans latch on to that team and fan club lol.

i'm not calling anybody here bandwagoners, cause I don't know you, but their is a shitload of people that will live in one state and root for a different team. if you grew up in that city or liked a player on that team ever since you started watching sports, that's fine, but some people just like going from team to team. a friend of mine does that and it's annoying as hell.

a NY team has won the superbowl more recently then the colts....and in this season both ny teams (well....i dont count the bills) are 3-0....so i have good teams to choose from...i just love peyton manning :/
