8 Mile VS Krush Groove

I read it a long time ago in The Source Mag that 8 Mile was a basic rip-off of Krush Groove and that Eminem only got the Academy nod because he is white and raping the game blah blah blah, i'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this movie and can share their thoughts on the diffs and same shit they found relevent, here's a link for wat Krush Groove is about and the trailer

It may be similar, but the same can be said for alot of movies. The Source isn't a reliable source though, when it comes to Eminem's legitimacy. (No pun intended)

No dude i wasnt saying "cause the source said it, it must be for real" i was asking if anyone noticed similarities in the 2 movies, but enough to say that 8 Mile was a bite!! Im sure there are tonz of movies that are kinda the same, and speaking on that bro, name a few i cant think of any :y: :y:

Yep, its a total cliche. But the movie was great. KInda like Rocky...but for rappers.
