i got a new reinfurnished computer.......

can sumone tell me wat they do 2 da reinfurnished computers be4 putting them out in stores.....

system restore / general healthcheck / physically clean the inside of the case

But thats based on the fact you got the pc from a well established pc company and not some second hand shop.Cause if you did chances are they done none of the above.

should be ok. refurbished just means it has been returned for some reason but they have checked everythin is fine and fixed any problems
