it is here in the US too, but if ur too old to trick or treat, then u dress up n go to a party.....if ur a fag. i just show up how i'd normally dress, even if theres a costume required, and do what i want. a lot of bars, or pubs as u english fags would call them (jp), hold "hottest" or "scariest" costume contests for prizes
