I'm around daily yet am not a frequent poster and never have been.
I run and mantain the sites content and technical side, I've never been the 'community admin'.
Fact is, no one is forced to remain here - it's a 'free service' I provide, ran by volunteers.

Exactly, how can you complain about something that's free to you? It's just a message board so if you don't like it there's no need to throw a bitch fit just because it has different users. If everybody was perfect here this would be one boring ass forum. It's like going to a library and complaining they don't have the older version of a book you want.
