(This is a hypothetical question btw. I know it was a Relapse left-over blah blah, and isn't an indication of whats to come on R2, but I thought i'd pose the question)

If R2 is full of this type of shit I would be furious and officially give up on Eminem because...

There is no excuse for a bad Eminem album because...

* We know his flow CAN be sick when he trys
* We know his lyrics are sick (most of the time)

It's just awful content, and the awful accent that is letting him down.

He is rich as fuck, and even said himself he is in a "fortunate position" as he can release records without worrying about sales. So WHY is carrying on with this accent and borderline-homo content.

He SHOULD be taking it on a underground/un-signed vibe at the moment, and spit with hunger in his belly like he is rapping for a deal again. He has made all the money he needs to, he is made for life (so are his daughters) so I just don't get it.

If he released an album of straight-fire, straight-spitting and not commercial at all it would not only please Eminem fans, but hip hop heads in general, and would still sell shit-loads because his name is "Eminem" and that sells.

Gee Some fan you are, show some support god damn. let him do songs he wants, its up to him. I liked the song. Stop whining about the accent and get over it. Eminem is all about change, and he's always trying his best.

If Eminem puts out a shit album, then i will change my views on him and ignore everything he does from now on, and just associate myself with his 1996-2003 shit, which is what i pretty much do anyway

This song shouldn't get so much hate...it's so upbeat and gets you in a good mood. I just woke up and listened to this and it's got me in a good mood. Songs like this have a purpose, at least to me. Of course I'm not gonna listen to this when I'm feeling down...

And I do hope theres a song or two like this on Relapse 2 just to switch it up. Every album needs some diversity. Most rappers have serious tracks and then have a track or two about pimpin hoes and throwin stacks in the club...well Eminem isn't gonna do that, instead you have random shit Taking My Ball

I don't mind Slim Shady tracks....but "Taking My Ball" isn't a classic example of a Slim Shady tracks. Taking My Ball had SICK rhymes, SICK beat, and TERRIBLE accent. It was pretty funny and I can listen to it...but its really just a Rain-Man track. Thats not Slim Shady on the track. This new persona i'mma just call Rain Man. Fuck it.
