This is the instrumental with Cudi on the hook. He clearly says "Slim Shady" at the beginning and the beat does sound like something Eminem would produce and absolutely destroy.

i read somewhere it was an "unfinished" track for Kid Cudi's "Man On The Moon" CD, Em was only supposed to produce.

Eminiem also once produced a beat for Obie trice, where he is saying 'shady' in the beginnen but didn't have a verse or a hook on the song, the beat also was fucking hot !!! 'Snitch' is the song Ft. Akon
