I just don't think it's going to go down...When producers and artists say they are trying to "Work in the time" to do something, it usually leads to it not happening. I remember reading an article back around '06 probably about Snoop and Dre doing a collabo-type thing, with a whole new Snoop Dogg album on Dre beats. They were going to try to work in the time to do it, but it never happened--despite the awesomeness it obviously would've possessed. There are plenty of examples of this in the music industry, it's kind of a sad fact.

However, I don't know if R2 is done yet...after all, he's already done this type of thing before--saying something is all ready, pushing the date back, and making new material for it due to creativity making it's way back into his life. The result is a better work of art. So...if we really can't expect R2 until the first quarter of 2010? I'd say that new material is still going to make its way in.
