The Eminem Show

Postby dR3 » Oct 29th, '09, 21:16

Since there's nothing to talk about R2 yet, I thought we could discuss one of the greatest rap albums ever made. Favorite song, beat, rhymes...

The third verse of Say Goodbye Hollywood is one of the highlights of his career in my opinion.

MMLP is only better than The Eminem Show becuz of Drips. i liked Em's verse on that but hated obie's. and i hate when Em puts more than 14 songs on his album. fourteen is the perfect number of tracks for an album IMO

there is no way this is his best album. MMLP and SSLP murder this. its to soft compared to his previous 2. i dont understand where the angry but humors Eminem went after the MMLP but its not there. every song on the MMLP is superior to TES. its almost a completely different style. more poetic then hard core rap like MMLP and SSLP were. still a good album but no where near the best ever.

SSLP
Reasonable Doubt
MMLP
Blueprint
Ready to Die
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it
Spend a million a track and went over my budget
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore - I just murdered the alphabet
