She might still be a fan of his music, just not him :shifty:
It'd be hilarious if her favorite songs were the ones taking shots at her.

what about ll cool j

everybody forgot christina aguilera as well. she said his music is genius or something, a year or so after they made up at the VMAs back stage. i think she really likes his music and thought he was talented before they ever fought.

Also, I'm sure Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park & Fort Minor is a big fan.

I don't have any links to back this claim up, but he's big into hip hop, and if Chester is a fan, I am sure Mike is as well. What do you think?

I doubt those golden-age rappers are humongous fans of Eminem, so no.

Christina Aguilera worked with DJ Premier, did anyone know? :o

Premo said they're great pals, just like siblings. Sorry, it was an interesting tangent I remembered. :sweating:

Nah I bet LL likes his shit though. They are cool, but still- I still think LL would bump a few Em tracks if asked about it.

Yeah I knew that. He worked with her on her last album or two, and is working with her for her upcoming release.

Travis Barker from Blink 182 is another one. He did the drums remix to 3 AM which was pretty cool, and he is a rock/rap, hip hop kind of dude as well.

From the June issue of XXL:

PHONTE's favorite verse:
"I first heard Em on the joint 'WATCH DEES,' off my man DJ Spinna's Heavy Beats Volume 1 compilation. I remember him having a really distinct voice and these crazy, multisyllabic slant-rhyme patterns that seemed to go on forever: 'Whose arm is this?/I musta cut it off at the pharmacist/For failure to renew my seventh prescription of Darvocets/I'm the old man who lives upstairs and starves his pets/And never leaves his house 'cause he thinks his car's possessed.' Shit was nuts!"

MAINO's favorite album:
"My favorite Eminem album is THE SLIM SHADY LP. It was so different. I had heard White rappers prior to that, but I had never heard a White rapper really expressing his lifestyle. I didn't understand that culture. He was talking about being in a trailer park, and his mother was on drugs, and he was on drugs. That was totally different than what I really understood."

KRAYZIE BONE's favorite guest appearance:
"When it comes to collaborations, he don't do a lot. But I like when he collaborates with Dr. Dre the most. They have a certain chemistry that's serious yet kinda comical. Like on GUILTY CONSCIENCE, where he was talking about Dre being so violent."

BLACK MILK's favorite song:
"BRAIN DAMAGE. 'Ever since the day I was born/Drugs is what they used to say I was on.' It was like storytelling, plus it was part of real life--he put it all in one song. That was one of my favorites."

KILLER MIKE's favorite album:
"THE SLIM SHADY LP. A lot of people like the Marshall Mathers LP more, because it was a little heavier. I actually like the humor and the downright sarcasm that he had on the first record [The Slim Shady]. Before Em, I had never heard White apathy that way, with angst or anger. With White emo artists, you kinda hear a self-pity. But he really reminded me of the poor White kids and working class in Atlanta."
"I used to give a fuck, now I could give a fuck less
What do I think of success? It sucks, too much stress!"--Eminem

From the June issue of XXL:

DEVIN THE DUDE's favorite song:
"My favorite one is probably MY NAME IS. That first time you heard him you were like, Man, what the fuck?! When you're first coming out, you're gonna be critiqued. And not only did he have the persona and the skills, he had enough courage to come out and start talking about his self. He got real personal."

LLOYD BANKS's favorite song:
"Em had a spark to him from the jump. I first heard him on the Stretch and Bobbito underground radio show, before he was signed. My favorite song is '97 BONNIE & CLYDE, from The Slim Shady LP. It shows his storytelling capability and ability to put concepts together. After I heard that, he was certified as a great MC in my book."

JUELZ SANTANA's favorite verse:
"The joint he did with Dr. Dre [FORGOT ABOUT DRE]. Still, to this day, where he said, 'In the parking lot, with his Karl Kani/I don't give a fuck if it's dark or not/I'm harder that me tryna park a Dodge.' Oooh! That was my shit right there! He killed it!"

MISTAH F.A.B.'s favorite album:
"THE MARSHALL MATHERS LP. That was crazy...We were so used to hearing the struggles of the inner cities, so it was easy to identify with Tupac's struggles or DMX's struggles. But to hear this White guy talk about White America's struggles was like, Wow! They didn't want him to air out their business. But he just was going hard."

ELZHI's favorite song:
"STAN. The concept was crazy, with the scribbling [effect] on the beat. The story was bananas. It was real vivid, just the concept alone...At the end, what happens is, it was like a cry for help, and I think the twist was a little crazy. I thought it was dope."

Theres more but Ill type them in later

yeah bunch of rappers are Em's fans, Lupe said Em is the only one he can't fuck with lyrically, Jay-Z has him in top 5, 50 (of course) puts Em up there with grandma (lol), Kayne gave big props for Relapse when it came out, Wayne been wanted to do a song with Em since forever, and recently Drake even wrote "Eminem=Greatness" on his twitter after seeing the BET cypher :worship:
In fact I think every rapper that knows real hip-hop should be an Em's fan, cuz no matter how his content is, his skill on putting words together is undeniable :smoking:
